“Our future, and the future of our democracy are at stake in the 2024 election. We do not view this as a rhetorical statement but a statement of reality, a statement that must take root in our minds, in our hearts, and in our psyches.” - Tim Stevens, Chairman and CEO, The Black Political Empowerment Project (B-PEP)

The Black Political Empowerment Project (B-PEP) joined over 30 advocacy organizations to announce the launch of the Voting is Power (VIP) Pittsburgh Regional Coalition, marketing the importance of voter registration, civic engagement, and voter empowerment leading to the April 23rd Primary and the November 5th General Presidential Election.
