The awards program, co-chaired by Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Cynthia Baldwin (ret.) and Rev. Vanetta Brown-Grayson, was held at Bethlehem Baptist Church in McKeesport, Pennsylvania (Rev. Dr. Earlene Coleman, Pastor) on Sunday, February 20, 2022, at 11:00 AM. Representative Austin Davis was the Worship Leader, Allegheny County President Judge Kim Clark gave inspirational words, Pittsburgh Mayor Ed Gainey delivered a motivational speech and the scripture was read by Homestead Mayor John Burwell.
